AOMEI Backupper
AOMEI Backupper Professional 6.5.0 was “given” as a bundled purchase with AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional 9.2. I think there are two features that attracted me:
- Two-way sync – allowing one to perform two-way sync between two folders. The software allows one to perform basic sync (1-way sync), real-time sync, mirror sync, and two-way sync.
- Ability to perform Disk Clone – known as hard drive cloning – a process to make an exact copy of all sectors of the source disk to the target disk.
- Ability to perform system clone – known as Windows Operating System migration, will move only system partition with Windows installed and all the boot-related partitions, like system reserved partition, recovery partition, EFI system partition to the target disk.
- Ability to perform partition/volume clone – known as data migration which refers to copy all data on the selected partition/volume to destination partition. The volume clone is for the dynamic disk.
