Duplicator

For WordPress website migrator – i.e. moving one host to another host, the best is probably Duplicator.  There is a free version.  However, it should be noted that the free version is restricted to only 500MB of web content.  Anything above 500MB of web content, you need to upgrade to the Professional version.

I have used Akeeba backup for WordPress.  The way it works is quite similar.  After the website is backup, one needs to download two files:

1. Installer.php
2. Archive File

From the backend of WordPress, one can opt “one-click” to download the 2 files but it can be slow.  It is better to use cPanel’s File Manager to download 2 files.
